Hi,

I am using VG for dialogic with;

- dialogic d21/d

- 1 analog home telephone line and

- Windows XP.

I want incoming calls to be handled by VG with options like

1) transfer to my mobile

2) transfer to VG voicemail system

3) transfer to another port of dialogic as an extension to telephone set.

Options 1 and 2 are working fine but I have no clue on option 3, please help.

Next, I want to collect some data (ID, date, amount of money, conatct number etc) from callers in MS Excel format. I am using get number and got the numbers in log only, help me please.

If you only have one analog phone line than what phone line would you be plugging into the second Dialogic port?

 

The best solution would be not to try transfer call, but do the data capture on the same line.

 

If you need to handle more calls at the same time then get another line and plug the second line into the second Dialogic port.
